About the Role: The BCBA/Behavior Therapist works closely with Search staff to provide a range of behavioral analytic assessment and clinical services to adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities. This role focuses on improving independence, reducing maladaptive behaviors, and enhancing quality of life through individualized assessments, skill acquisition, behavior intervention, and functional communication training.

This position is 8:30 a.m-4:30 p.m. and requires flexible work hours for observation and assessment when clinically necessary. This position reports to the Division Manager of Behavioral Health.

About the Role: The Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) will play a key role in supporting aging participants in the Supported Living Program by assisting them with activities of daily living (ADLs), including personal care, mobility, meal preparation, and medication administration. The CNA will work closely with the team to promote independence, dignity, and overall quality of life for participants. Candidates will be required to complete agency-mandated training to become certified as a Direct Support Professional (DSP). This certification is required and a condition of employment. This comprehensive on-site training, provided by Search, will equip staff with the necessary skills and knowledge to support Search participants.

This position reports to the Supported Living Program Coordinator.

About the Role: The Maintenance Worker performs a range of maintenance duties at the residences, day service locations and offices that are owned and operated by Search, Inc. in Chicago, Skokie, Morton Grove, Skokie and Mount Prospect. This includes, but is not limited to, minor repairs, construction and installations, cleaning, painting, landscaping, snow removal and other emergency tasks, assisting technicians and tradespeople, and collaborating with the physical plant team. This role supports the health and well-being of people with intellectual and developmental disabilities by helping to maintain safe and functional environments.

The Maintenance Worker position reports directly to the Physical Plant Manager.

The SLP Coordinator will mentor new Direct Support Professionals and lead the implementation of person-centered practices in alignment with DHS guidelines, the HCBS Settings Rule, and CQL (Council on Quality and Leadership) standards. This position reports to the Supported Living Program Division Coordinator.
