About the Role: The Division Manager of Behavioral Health provides leadership, clinical oversight, and operational management of behavioral health services for people receiving services at Search360. This position supervises licensed and board-certified clinicians, ensures compliance with all Illinois DHS/DDD, Medicaid Waiver, HCBS, and organizational requirements, and promotes person-centered practices aligned with CQL standards. 

The Division Manager is accountable for the overall performance of the Behavioral Health Department, including staff supervision, quality assurance, program development, service delivery, and regulatory compliance. This position maintains ultimate responsibility for ensuring all state-mandated assessments, documentation, reporting requirements, billing standards, and deadlines are completed accurately and on time. The Division Manager is also responsible for workforce planning and continuity of services during staffing shortages or vacancies, including providing direct clinical support or caseload coverage when necessary.

About the Role: As a Day Service QIDP you will play a key leadership role in supporting adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities. In this position, you will help create a safe, engaging, and meaningful day program where individuals can learn new skills, build independence, and connect with their community. 

You will lead and support Direct Support Professionals, coordinate team meetings, and help develop schedules and activities that focus on each person’s goals. This role is both hands-on and administrative. You will spend time supporting individuals in daily activities and community outings, while also completing documentation, ensuring compliance, and providing staff training.

About the Role:  The CLP Coordinator is responsible for providing leadership and overseeing multiple Community Living Program (CLP) sites to ensure consistent, high-quality service delivery. This role includes ensuring appropriate staff coverage, maintaining timely and accurate program and attendance documentation and implementing quality assurance measures across all locations. The CLP Coordinator will mentor new Direct Support Professionals and lead the implementation of person-centered practices in alignment with DHS guidelines, the HCBS Settings Rule, and CQL (Council on Quality and Leadership) standards. This position reports to the Community Living Program Division Coordinator.

All Registered Behavior Technicians are required by Search360 to participate in Direct Support Professional (DSP) training courses and obtain their official certification to work with people in the Community Living program.

The Community Living (CL) QIDP is responsible for providing leadership and overseeing multiple sites to ensure consistent, high-quality service delivery. This role leads the implementation of person-centered practices in alignment with DHS guidelines, the HCBS Settings Rule and CQL standards. This position is responsible for the timely and accurate completion of all service planning documentation, ensuring that all medical needs are met for people on their caseload, and maintaining high-quality standards for service delivery.

About the Role: As a Lead DSP, you will support people with everyday tasks like cooking, personal care, and going out in the community. You will plan fun and meaningful activities, help keep the home clean and safe and assist with medications. You will also guide and support other DSP team members to make sure quality care is provided at all times.
