You will lead and support Direct Support Professionals, coordinate team meetings, and help develop schedules and activities that focus on each person’s goals. About the Role: The Division Manager of Community Living provides day-to-day leadership, operational oversight, and regulatory management of the Community Living department. This position is responsible for ensuring the health, safety, rights, and overall quality of services provided to individuals receiving support while promoting person-centered practices consistent with HCBS, CQL, Medicaid Waiver, and Illinois DHS/DDD requirements.

The Division Manager is accountable for the overall performance of the Community Living Department, including staff supervision, service delivery, quality assurance, regulatory compliance, admissions and discharges, incident management, risk mitigation, and operational outcomes. This position maintains primary responsibility for ensuring all required documentation, regulatory deliverables, corrective actions, reporting requirements, and organizational deadlines are completed accurately and on time. The Division Manager also serves as the department’s day-to-day leader, providing guidance, oversight, and accountability to Community Living QIDPs and other assigned staff while ensuring continuity of services during staffing shortages, emergencies, or vacancies.

About the Role: This position is responsible for providing Self-Direction Assistance (SDA) to individuals and families, on-site at Search locations, at individuals’ homes and in the community. This position reports to the Enrollments and SDA Manager and requires reliable transportation and some schedule flexibility.

The Division Manager is accountable for the overall performance of the Behavioral Health Department, including staff supervision, quality assurance, program development, service delivery, and regulatory compliance. This position maintains ultimate responsibility for ensuring all state-mandated assessments, documentation, reporting requirements, billing standards, and deadlines are completed accurately and on time. The Division Manager is also responsible for workforce planning and continuity of services during staffing shortages or vacancies, including providing direct clinical support or caseload coverage when necessary.

This role includes ensuring appropriate staff coverage, maintaining timely and accurate program and attendance documentation and implementing quality assurance measures across all locations. The CLP Coordinator will mentor new Direct Support Professionals and lead the implementation of person-centered practices in alignment with DHS guidelines, the HCBS Settings Rule, and CQL (Council on Quality and Leadership) standards. This position reports to the Community Living Program Division Coordinator.

All Registered Behavior Technicians are required by Search360 to participate in Direct Support Professional (DSP) training courses and obtain their official certification to work with people in the Community Living program.

The Community Living (CL) QIDP is responsible for providing leadership and overseeing multiple sites to ensure consistent, high-quality service delivery. This role leads the implementation of person-centered practices in alignment with DHS guidelines, the HCBS Settings Rule and CQL standards. This position is responsible for the timely and accurate completion of all service planning documentation, ensuring that all medical needs are met for people on their caseload, and maintaining high-quality standards for service delivery.

About the Role: As a Lead DSP, you will support people with everyday tasks like cooking, personal care, and going out in the community. You will plan fun and meaningful activities, help keep the home clean and safe and assist with medications. You will also guide and support other DSP team members to make sure quality care is provided at all times.
