Adventure Trips
Adventure Trips through Search for Adventure (SFA) offer adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities (I/DD) in our Community Living program the chance to experience the joy of travel. More than vacations, they are opportunities to build independence, create lasting memories and discover new places. Adventures range from cultural landmarks to outdoor escapes, offering opportunities for social, recreational and cultural enrichment. Every journey promotes inclusion and opens doors to new possibilities.
What Makes SFA Unique
Search for Adventure is a one-of-a-kind travel program co-founded in 2004 through a visionary partnership with Toad&Co. Together, we turn dream vacations into reality by uncovering bucket list destinations and special connections that make each experience truly personal. Every trip is designed around the interests and preferences of a small group of adventurers, with our team providing full support from packing and transportation to lodging and activities so participants can focus on having fun. Supported by Toad&Co’s commitment to social good, SFA sets the standard for accessible travel and redefines what inclusion looks like.
Where We’ve Been
Since our first trip to Graceland in 2004, more than 200 travelers have taken over 150 trips to 45+ destinations across the U.S. Every adventure reflects our commitment to inclusion and creates opportunities for discovery and connection.
