Grace started at Search in July 2020 as the Administrative and Development Assistant, later becoming the Senior Director of Social Enterprise and Development in August 2023.

Grace blends meaningful partnerships, storytelling and strategy to drive social impact. At Search, she oversees the organization’s social enterprise portfolio and leads fundraising and marketing efforts that strengthen community engagement. Her passion for social innovation shapes a thoughtful and dynamic approach to advancing Search’s mission.

Grace has a BSBA degree in Marketing and French from Drake University. She is an active member of Chicago Women in Philanthropy and the Chicago Community Trust Young Leaders Fund. Outside of work, Grace enjoys reading a good book and trying new restaurants in Chicago.

Nick began his work in the I/DD field as a volunteer with Best Buddies, during his time at Northwestern University. After graduating, he began his professional career at Search and has been here ever since. In his role as the Senior Director of Program Operations, Nick is responsible for the oversight and management of all of Search’s operational departments. He is most fulfilled and inspired in his role when he sees the employees at Search going the extra mile, so often with compassion and indefatigable consistency, for the people we support. Go Cubs!

Latasha Grant is an experienced human services professional with more than 20 years at Search360, where she currently serves as Director of Operations Supports. She holds a Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Roosevelt University, along with a Bachelor of Arts in Family Services and a Certificate in Conflict Resolution from the University of Northern Iowa.

Throughout her tenure at Search, Latasha has held a wide range of leadership and programmatic roles, including Qualified Intellectual Disability Professional (QIDP), Program Coordinator, Program Manager and Recruitment and Staff Development Manager. These roles have given her a comprehensive understanding of organizational operations, staff development and service delivery across multiple departments. She has also earned numerous professional certifications that strengthen her expertise in leadership development, compliance and operational supports.

Grounded in a deep belief in Search’s mission and values, Latasha is passionate about advancing the organization’s commitment to the greater good and ensuring meaningful, lasting impact for the people and communities it serves. Being part of an organization that people rely on every day continues to inspire and motivate her work.

Traci has dedicated more than 32 years of her career to creating inclusive and engaging environments. Her passion for this work began in childhood, when she became aware that people were living in institutions and started asking why.

Motivated to create spaces where everyone is valued and treated equally, Traci built a career spanning decades. Her experience includes roles as a Direct Support Professional (DSP), Qualified Intellectual Disabilities Professional (QIDP) and Program Manager. In her current role as Director of Community Living and Career Services, she oversees the Lincoln, Kensington, Dempster and Norwood sites, as well as Career Services. Traci considers it a privilege to work at Search, partnering with individuals and being part of their lives.

Jackie Rovner has more than 26 years of experience supporting people with intellectual and developmental disabilities. She began her career as a Direct Support Professional and has worked across residential programs, schools and transition services, as well as in life skills instruction, intake and quality assurance roles.

She holds a bachelor’s degree in Applied Behavioral Sciences with a concentration in public policy, a master’s degree in Vocational Rehabilitation and is a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) and Certified Rehabilitation Counselor (CRC). Jackie joined Search in 2017 as a Behavior Therapist, later leading Clinical Services, with Supported Living added to her role in 2023. Having worked in many of the roles she now oversees allows her to lead with a strong, practical perspective.
