About the Role: The BCBA/Behavior Therapist works closely with Search staff to provide a range of behavioral analytic assessment and clinical services to adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities. This role focuses on improving independence, reducing maladaptive behaviors, and enhancing quality of life through individualized assessments, skill acquisition, behavior intervention, and functional communication training.

This position is 8:30am – 4:30pm and requires flexible work hours for observation and assessment when clinically necessary. This position reports to the Division Manager of Behavioral Health.

The CLP Coordinator will mentor new Direct Support Professionals and lead the implementation of person-centered practices in alignment with DHS guidelines, the HCBS Settings Rule and CQL (Council on Quality and Leadership) standards. This position reports to the Community Living Program Division Coordinator.
