Therapist/Counselor

- Salary: $55,000-$65,000/Year
- Schedule: Sunday-Thursday 12 p.m.-8 p.m.
About the Role: As a Therapist at Search360, you will facilitate both group and individual therapy sessions for individuals across our programs. This role reports to the Division Director of Clinical Services and is exempt from overtime. Clinical supervision may be provided for qualified candidates.
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide clients with supportive counseling, conflict resolution, and problem-solving assistance,
- Ensure therapy services specified in the treatment plan are being provided,
- Document all client encounters, and progress on treatment goals, in database system according to DHS regulations and agency policy,
- Facilitate individual and group therapy, as required,
- Maintain enrollment as a Medicaid Provider and abide by Medicaid regulations,
- Other duties as assigned.
Minimum Requirements:
- Master’s degree in a related field,
• Must have one of the following credentials with current Illinois license:
LCPC, LCSW, LCP, LPC, LSW, LMFT,
• Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation.
