Pay: $23.00 per hour

Responsibilities:
- Support individuals with daily tasks like meal prep, personal care, and community outings.
- Create engaging, meaningful activities to enhance their daily lives.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment.
- Assist with medication and ensure proper documentation.
- Lead and support a team of DSPs to provide quality care.
Minimum Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- One year of experience as a DSP (Required)
- Ability to lift up to 44 lbs. and perform physical tasks
- Valid driver’s license and insurance
- CPR and First Aid certification
- Availability to work weekends
