What the Path to Employment Looks Like
We support individuals at every career stage. Employment Specialists provide one-on-one assistance to job seekers, helping identify strengths and goals, connecting them with inclusive employers and building confidence in the workplace. They also assist with workplace accommodations and benefits navigation. Ongoing on-the-job support is provided post-hire to ensure everyone feels valued, prepared and successful.
DRS-Approved Employment Services and Job Coaching
Career Services provides supported employment for adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities (I/DD) through partnerships with the Illinois Department of Rehabilitation Services (DRS) and a network of inclusive employers across the Chicago area. We provide job assessment, development and placement services, along with ongoing job coaching, designed to match each person’s strengths and goals with meaningful employment opportunities.

Search360’s SDA program helps people and families navigate funding, recruit and train staff and access community resources with confidence. It is designed to help people manage support their way.
