For more than 25 years, Toad&Co has partnered with Search360 to create meaningful and lasting opportunities for people with intellectual and developmental disabilities (I/DD). Rooted in shared values and a long-term commitment, this collaboration has grown into a model partnership that blends sustainable business with meaningful social impact. Together, we have built ventures that expand employment, support inclusive experiences and strengthen community connection, demonstrating what is possible when purpose and partnership lead the way.
What Makes Our Partnership Unique
What sets the partnership between Search360 and Toad&Co apart is its depth, longevity and impact across multiple areas of our mission. Together, we operate Planet Access, a mission-driven retail store in Chicago that generates earned income for Search’s mission and programs. Proceeds from Planet Access and direct support from Toad&Co help fund Search for Adventure, expanding access to inclusive travel experiences for the people we support nationwide. Toad&Co also supports Visibility Arts, collaborates on Disability Awareness trainings and engages employees as volunteers. This support reinforces a partnership that spans our social enterprise portfolio and community education initiatives, creating sustained impact.
