Back Office Solutions and Collaborations

Keystone Alliance

Keystone Alliance was created through a partnership between Search and Glenkirk. It is a shared services platform designed to strengthen both organizations and expand what’s possible for the people and communities at the heart of our missions.

Stronger Together

At Search360, we believe collaboration makes us stronger. In 2009, we joined forces with Glenkirk, a peer nonprofit with a shared mission and values, to tackle the growing challenge of delivering high-quality services in an increasingly complex and resource-constrained environment.

That partnership became Keystone Alliance: a shared services platform that strengthens both organizations and expands what’s possible for the people and communities at the heart of our missions.

Keystone Alliance provides integrated support across:

  • Finance
  • Human Resources
  • Information Technology
  • Strategic thought partnership and advocacy

Keystone Alliance expands what’s possible for the people and communities at the heart of our missions. What began as a bold idea over 15 years ago has become a model for nonprofit collaboration—rooted in shared leadership, mutual support, and long-term sustainability. By combining our strengths, we’ve built more than a shared services platform—we’ve created a space for learning, innovation, and mission-driven impact.”

– Greg Petersen, CEO of Keystone Alliance

More Than a Platform

But Keystone is more than a platform—it’s a long-term collaboration that aligns operations, strategy, and advocacy. It boosts our capacity, sharpens our voice, and deepens our impact.

Over 15 years, Keystone has delivered real results:

  • Lower administrative costs
  • Greater strategic capacity
  • A stronger, unified voice in advocacy

While we remain proudly independent, our partnership through Keystone is building a more sustainable future, for our organizations and for the people who count on us. It’s a best-of-both-worlds approach: we benefit from deep collaboration and shared strength, while staying true to our unique identities.
